GORGEMASSAGE and Personal Fitness owner, Cookie Gilpatrick, Licensed Massage Therapist and Ace Certified Personal Trainer offers a background in rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries, postural assessments/corrections, strength and flexibility training, nutrition, acute and chronic pain management, minimization and rehabilitation of (repetitive)overuse and sports injuries. Cookie is a Health Net and Regence Blue/Shield provider. Many insurance companies now pay for massage.
Cookie has a private small gym where she works with clients individually to develop an exercise/fitness program that will allow them to succeed in achieving optimal health and fitness and have fun at the same time. Snowshoes and accessories/maps are available to rent. Spend a great day snowshoeing the mountain. . . a terrific workout too.
